Windows 10: Not getting updates

I noticed that I did not get the update, the big one in November, KB3120677 on one of my PC's. I have gotten it on all of my other machines. I have updates set on, and PCs on my local network is checked.

Hope you don't mind me hijacking this thread, but I got the same problem.

Thanks...I get the file and when I try to install it I get an error: "this update us not applicable to your computer". The processor is a AMD64, Windows is activated, etc. When the final version of 10 came out, the machine did not get the download either. So I ran the MediCreation tool and downloaded Windows 10 that way. Suppose that would cause the error??

 

What is your current Win 10 version ?

In the search box, type winver > Enter.
What does it say in the box ?

Version 10240, Windows Pro. When I ran the file catalog file, it shows as AMD64-all Windows and I said I had a AMD processor in error, I have a Intel i5-2500 on the machine. As I said before, when I was running Win 8, I never did get the upgrade file for Windows 10 even though I had all updates installed on the machine.

I'll use MCT as example :
Download the Toll and run it > select Create installation media for another PC
That will begin downloading the iso file to your computer.
When download is completed, Right click at the iso > Click Mount > click Setup.exe
That will begin installation.
You can choose to keep your settings, files and apps, or keep nothing.
No product key is required.
Activation is automatic.
