    Not have microsoft store on my laptop


    I have some problem with my laptop so I take it to the shop to fix and reset windows. After I took it back to check, I didn't see the microsoft store, I tried reinstalling it with powershell and it didn't work. Is there any way I can reinstall it?

    I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

    Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd

    Hi James,

    To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

    • Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
    • Type wsreset.exe and press
      Enter      .
    • Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

    Let us know how it goes.
