Windows 10: Not in a microsoft family yet getting spammed by pop ups

Hello. Since shortly after starting at university I have begun to be spammed by repeated Microsoft family features pop ups. This is a personal laptop and hasn't been added to any Microsoft family and it's beginning to get annoying. Is there anyway to block the] pop ups because when I click to chat it informs me that I apparently need to ask the permission of parent. Unless my university has deigned to add my personal laptop to a family, there's nobody whose added this laptop to a family. This makes the pop ups even more problematic as the stated method

How do I stop the Microsoft family features pop-up spam?

Hey so I've had this problem and somehow solved it before, but a week or two ago the pop-ups started appearing on both my devices again like the plague and won't go away, I read a few other questions about this issue and tried completely removing myself
from the family I was in but that didn't help, my devices still show me in the family even though when I go to the Microsoft family website it shows that I am not in a family.

Basically I just want a way to remove the spam pop-ups because they are a massive annoyance.

It is required to Turn OFF Family settings in your Windows PC to stop the Microsoft Family Features pop up.

You may refer this article on how to
remove the members from the Microsoft Family, restart the device and check if you are getting the pop up again.
