    It was working perfectly in Windows 7 before it was converted to Windows 10, plus since WLM was added to my 2016 Windows 10 laptop, it is still working perfectly, even though I keep both updated. My question is, Why does it work in one and not the other?

    It was working perfectly in Windows 7 before it was converted to Windows 10, plus since WLM was added to my 2016 Windows 10 laptop, it is still working perfectly, even though I keep both updated.

    My question is, Why does it work in one and not the other?
