Not letting me expand C; partition

I attempted to remove some memory from my D; partition to the C; partition, but it wont allow me to expand the C; partition. I am sure they are on the same hard drive and don't understand what the problem is. It says I have 600 gb of unallocated memory but it wont let me expand.

    Windows 10 upgrade

Purchased Partition Master professional edition, but it will not let me change the size of the reserved partition on C drive. Any idea how to expand it?

  3. Win 10, D: drive is 15G and too small

The ocean couldn't hold all I don't know about Win 10. Still, I can't seem to expand the partition on the D: drive. I just now reset this system and hoped it would self manage and just expand the system partition. Sadly, no. It won't let me do it manually.
    Loads of space on C:.

    Show me the way.

Not letting me expand C; partition

The 673GB unallocated partition must be next to C partition in order to expand.
