Windows 10: Not letting me upgrade

I am trying to upgrade to Win 11. Windows update said I did not qualify. I ran PC Health Check and it said I needed to enable TPM 2.0. I did this in my Bios and ran all available updates and rebooted. PC Health Check now says I am in full complaince and can update. When I go back to Windows Update it still says I am not in compliance. How do I get PC Health Check to convince my computer I am now eligible?

your PSU will handle GTX770/970 fine

of all the above list that you listed, i would suggest the GTX970, as its consumption are low, and the performance is pretty much top of the line
the 970 will eat sims 3 and 4 at 1080 res, let alone 900p

 

Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.
