Windows 10: Not Opening the sign-in option page as expected

Hello, I have posted the issue details below please help on this. Opening sign-in option through run command.Its open the System setting page. Again, run the same command through run without closing the older one. It’s coming the sign-in page. System details

Sign in Options wont Open

I would like to add pin as a sign in method,

but this problem did'n encounter very often

It usually be normal after I restart the windows





I have been following this instruction, but seems like nothing is solved

Method 1:

This issue may happen due to system file corruption. I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  In Command prompt type sfc/scannow and press enter.
  

• Restart the computer.

Method 2:

If no corrupted system files were found in the previous state, then I suggest you to try the following steps to employ the DISM command lines:

• 
  Open command prompt by pressing Windows key + X and selecting “Command prompt admin”.
  
• 
  In command prompt, type the following commands and press Enter after each command:
  

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Cleanupimage

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

• 
  Close the command prompt and restart the PC and check if it works.

Page Up and Page Down don't work as expected

Hi!

So for a few days now I'm experiencing a weird situation. My navigation keys (Home, End, Page Up, Page Down) and also PrtSc key don't work as expected.

• The Home and End buttons work like the Snap tool. They snap the aplication's window to right or left.
• Page Down and Page Up keys minimize the application's window.
• The PrtSc key opens... the MS Teams app.

I think that some shortcut that I accidentally clicked recently while using the Maya app might cause it, but I've tried everything and nothing will work. I tried to use this keyboard on my other device and it's working as expected so the cause must be my system.

Firefox opens unwanted tabs from previous (closed) web pages.

Another problem has cropped up.

Thanks for the input fellas. I suppose I'll have to ride it out until Mozilla gets it's act together.

Next problem, whether or not related to the previous problem, is that since yesterday (Sunday) I cannot properly access Hotmail, Ebay or Wikipedia.
I can sign in/access these websites and they have basic functionality.

However,
Hotmail will allow me to sign in but will not allow me to open any emails, be they new or old.

Ebay will allow me to sign in and view my current 'watch list' but I can't view individual auctions properly be they searches or within my watch list (the page is all broken up and elongated). I'm also unable to add items to my 'watch list', the button does nothing.

Wikipedia seems to work fine except for the 'predictive' word search.

These websites work fine on Internet Explorer.

Anyone with similar problems/cures.
