    Not pinning to start

The only icon I am having difficulty with is the "control panel" icon. When I click pin to start everything goes as planned except the icon will not appear in start. I have pinned and un-pinned multiple times. I have even tried to drag it over. No luck. I can pin any other app.

    :)

  2. Websites not pinning to start

Yes, it will wipe the device and set it up as if it was brand new from the store.

JUST REMEMBER to use the same Live ID when you set it up. It will bring back all your contacts, calendar and keep you connected to OneDrive where you have stored your pictures (I hope you have auto upload enabled).

It will not take long and it should all work out fine.

    Not pinning to start

Hi, create and test a shortcut as per the first picture
    https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4...dows-10-a.html
It should have the appropriate icon.

    Test it (double click).

Rt click it and you can pin to start as a tile.

(Other ways to open the CP: Windows key + X, click Control Panel works, Windows key + R, control panel, Type 'contr' in the Cortana search field
    for example).

I prefer this using Classic Shell (free):
