Windows 10: Not possible to connect Jabra headphones to my laptop

I am unable to connect my Jabra Elite 85t headphones to my laptop. I am able to connect them to my mobile phone through bluetooth.It is possible to connect my Sony headphone LE_WH-1000XM3 to my laptop through bluetooth.Hereby the details of my laptop:Edition Windows 11 Home Version 22H2 Installed on ‎29/‎01/‎2023 OS build 22621.1928 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22644.1000.0 When I try to add the Jabra headphones, my laptop does not see them. Any idea how I can solve this? Thank you.

1. What is the model number of the Bose headphone?
   
2. How are you trying to connect the headphones to the laptop?
   
3. What is the model number of your ASUS laptop?
   
4. Are you using a wired or a wireless Bose headphone?
   

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned in Connecting To A Computer
and try connecting your headphones to the laptop.

Jabra 75 headset - Bluetooth headphones "Connected music" only, instead of "Connected voice, music"

Microsoft locked the other thread , though it has an extremely technical solution to this issue.

Issue:

• Clicking "add device" under "INPUT" and pairing to the Jabra 75 works and both the microphone and headphones on ears work
  
• However - randomly, typically on powering up the headset - the microphone fails to work or connect
  
• In short: at times it's impossible to use the Jabra headset for meetings. To say it's annoying is an understatement
  

There are only two options for issues with this:

1. Windows 11 Jan 2023 has a bug whereby it only recognizes the "music" / output part of the Bluetooth connect to the Jabra at times
   
2. OR The Jabra 75 headset has a bug whereby it pairs badly with Windows 11 at times
   

Can anyone confirm which of these two bugs it is?

Frankly - I can't get rid of Windows, but I CAN refuse to buy another overly expensive Jabra headset if they're at fault.
