    Hi,

    I still have a corrupted SDcard that contains images of families 3 years ago. The last action was viewing images and let windows load thumbnails without touching anything, and the sdcard suddenly got corrupted for no reason. Today, when i connect the SDCard in a machine running Windows 10, it cause explorer.exe to freeze which makes me impossible to fix bad sectors. I tried many programs but none of them work

    Do you know which program to recover corrupted SDcard that is not being read or recognized by Windows?

    How update from sdcard?

    Recovery Mode: shutdown phone, press "Volume Up" + "Power Button" and hold.



    When I enter into the Recovery Mode, I see
    a menu item "apply update from sdcard". How update from sdcard?



    Where can I get the firmware for update from sdcard?

    Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
