Windows 10: Not really experienced with laptops and I want to completly reset this one, should I allow...

I'm trying to entirely reset this laptop to only the barebones for windows 10 ( meaning no bloat). And it was stuck for what seemed like hours at 47% when I hit reset this pc and checked for the most clean wipe, and now I get this message saying g that a configuration change is requesting to clear this computers tpm and i will lose all created keys and data encrypted by them, i can allow it or not, so do I? I don't want anything from this PC, but googling it made me more confused ive reinstalled windows on my desktop a number of times but pre-built laptops are new to me. Any help? thanks

Really, you should be getting a list of laptops you like the look of, narrowing it down and then asking on here which is best.

Asking people for suggestions really doesn't work well as most people only have experience with 1-2 laptops at a time.

Searching all the shopping sites and creating a list for you is a lot of work.

You need to do the work and we can help with the rest.

I'd suggest the Apple Macbook.

 

Multiple Issues After Resetting Laptop

Hi,

I recently reset my laptop and since then I've been experiencing a whole host of issues:

• Windows search bar doesn't work
• Shop app won't open
• Won't allow me to change location settings
• Clock/calendar on my toolbar is unresponsive when I click on it

Any ideas what the problem might be, please? Advice / suggestions are very much appreciated!
