Windows 10: Not received Windows 11 Pro key on purchase from online MS Store.

HiI purchased Windows 11 Pro from Microsoft online store India vide Order Number# 3775904695 on 25.05.2024. Before purchase, I confirmed from customer support and they informed me that I will receive my windows 11 pro product key in the order email from Microsoft. However, there was no product key in the order email I received and till now no further email from Microsoft store regarding product key received.Please help?Thanks.RK Bakshi

Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase

Hello guys, My laptop came pre-installed with Win10 Home 64bit and I recently purchased a Win 10/11 Pro licence from the Microsoft Store app. Unfortunately, having some issues activating the digital licence for Win10 Pro. Here is the situation:

• Logged into Microsoft account used for the purchase (also received the email receipt of the purchase)
• Already connected to stable internet

What I tried so far: Entering the Win10 Pro generic key: Received error 0x800700005:

Clicking Close returned another error 0xC004F034:

Clicking Troubleshoot re-activated my Win10 Home so still not on Pro. Thanks for any help. [FIXED] Win 10 Pro suddenly became Win 10 Ent from MS Store app: Jump to solution - Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase Sources:

Windows 11 Pro upgrade from MS Store refuses to work

You do not get a product key when buying the Windows 11 Pro upgrade from the MS Store. There's no code on the MS store, in the confirmation email, nor is it in the order details.

I am on an activated Windows 11 home and purchased the Windows 11 Pro upgrade from the microsoft store.

 

Didn't receive an activation key after purchasing an upgrade

I purchased a laptop with pre-installed Win 10 Home. Then I purchased an upgrade to Win 10 Pro from MS Store. After the purchase, I installed the upgrade and received an email with the receipt. My credit card was charged, but I never received an email with
the activation key and now my Windows is not activated and not licensed. No emails in the spam folder. Can't find any keys in my MS account. On the website MS says that they don't store activation keys for purchased products. Does it mean I just wasted $145?

Is this an expected risk of purchasing something from MS Store?
