Windows 10: Not receiving code sent to my email

When Microsoft sends a code to my email it does not arrive. I can see that it is the right email address and I have tried from my computer and from my phone. I have checked all my mailboxes, including the junk folder.

Not able to receive confirmation codes sent to me

Hi! Lately, I don't seem to be able to receive confirmation codes that are sent to my email addresses, so that I can logon to their sites. This recently happened several times when tracfone tried to send me codes. And today - it happened when I tried to logon to the Melaleuca site, which requires confirmation by code, too. I have read online instructions on how to fix the problem, but I can't see how any of their suggestions could help fix the problem. I absolutely never block texts from unknown numbers, so that that doesn't apply to me. I absolutely never receive codes in my junk folders. I always type my email address and phone correctly - so it's a waste of tim to remind me to do so. I absolutely never use airplane mode - plus all of our phones and computers are able to get online fine. So I don't see how someone's suggestion to turn it off and thn back on can help anything. So what else can you suggest I try? Should I reinstall my operating system (Windows 10) and start all over - would that help? Thanks!

 

Can send Email but can't receive

Followed the steps suggested but since my last post, still an issue receiving email from my second email account from my laptop and desktop but weirdly enough, receives email from my second account when sent by cell phone.

There were no error codes and all apps seem up to date. Ran the modern app troubleshooter...although the troubleshooter isn't for Windows 10, it did mention a service registry issue which it said it fixed.

Now trying to figure out why my email account won't receive an email from my second email account when sent from laptop nor other PC's ( except when sent by cell phone )?

 

The verification code sent to my email is always wrong
