Windows 10: Not receiving code to sign-in to Windows

Hello,I've recently changed motherboard for my PC and now I cannot logic. Basically at login screen the only option is to sign-in via entering a code sent to email. However, I'm not receiving any code.And before you asked, I did check "Junk" folder in outlook, it's not there.

• May I know the HP update that was installed?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? To check type:
  winver in the search bar on the Taskbar and hit
  Enter.
  

Based on the information provided by you, it could be possible that the computer might be booting to a Temporary profile that is the reason the files are missing after reboot.



I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
on Windows 10 error message: "We can't sign in to your account".

Verification code - I never get the code
