Windows 10: not receiving my level up coins

whenits time to collect coins for leveling up I never receive them. I get the puzzles but not the coins. Can you help?

Your suggestion did not fix the issue... need a fix for this ASAP, I very much enjoy the game but if you run out of coins the only option you have is to watch a video and you only receive 750 coins!!!

Playing the game Microsoft Jacpot.

I was trying to collect my 1 million coins there.

However I was on a balance of more than 700.000 and during a commercial it blocks after restarting the game the coins were back to beginning level of 500 ???

Levels and so on ramain the same.

I think you have something to do about this.

I want my balance back of coins up to 700.000 again. 699.953 with the normal 750 coins above it. There was the during the advertisement the crash ... game stocked and must restart the game, after doing this the balance of the coins was suddenly 500.

This is no fun anymore.

Even by my boyfriend happens the same he was up to a balance of 483.000 coins also back to a balance of 500 coins.

This is not acceptable anymore.

I had over 4,165,000 in coins, and 1400 in Clovers, I was at level 91, and had access to all the games. I am currently at level 91, with access to all five games (slot machines). I have a zero balance of clovers, and a 500 balance of coins. The level
that I am at shows that I surely have more than 500 in coins and NO Lucky Clovers. I have tried the Windows Store Update, I have also used an app testing program that I was furnished by a windows tech. I have dome everything that has been suggested. Still
no correction. I do not know how to retrieve coins from the cloud has some have suggested, since I do not know how this is done (prior to loosing everything, I seen several windows pop up saying that my coin balance was "Synched with the cloud". What cloud
service is this, how do I get to it, how can I verify that it does have my balance recorded. My coin & clover balance went missing, on tue night at approximately 10:00 PM EST right after a Windows update was installed. At that time, I was put all the way
back to starting place, place 1. I Uninstalled and re-installed the game numerous times. I re-booted my PC several times. I had a tech chat with X Box support, I posted this question on the Microsoft Jackpot Page of Facebook for the Community, with no response.
I have posted on this page twice and have tried each and every suggestion made. I have not tried to play the game, thinking that this would lock me at the star (level 1) even though it currently shows me at level 91. I have run out of ideas ( running ant-virus
software (two different kinds), running windows malicious software removal tool program, have done hard drive & desk top cleanups, Did a hard drive scan a full system scan, since I'm using an HP 23-056 all in one PC I have used all of their tools. The only
answer that I got that made sense was that Microsoft was having problems with their game servers and just to wait for it to be repaired.
