Windows 10: Not receiving twitter notifications from the app Your Phone

So I have a Samsung Galaxy and I use Your Phone on Windows. My twitter notifications used to be shown in action center on Windows. Once I decided to pause them and unticked Twitter from 'Get notifications from these senders' in Windows settings. When I wanted them back and ticked notifications ON again, it has not been working What I did already please read carefully to not give a generic answer: - uninstall and reinstall twitter on my phone - reset Your Phone App in Windows - made sure background app was allowed in Windows Settings - Re-Register the Action Center by Running a PowerShell Com

No worries, Russ. To get Twitter notifications on your device, we recommend that you follow these steps:

• Uninstall your Twitter application.
• Open your Twitter from a computer and go to your settings.
• Choose apps and remove access from Twitter for your Windows Phone.
• Reinstall Twitter on your phone and grant it permission to connect to your account.

You should receive Twitter notifications after a day or two.
