I'm having trouble signing into my account because I’m not receiving the verification code that's supposed to be sent to my registered email or phone. I’ve tried multiple times, and even waited hours between attempts, but the code never shows up not in the inbox, spam, or junk folders. Same issue when trying the phone option; no SMS arrives.I’m sure the contact details on the account are correct, and I haven’t changed anything recently.
