Windows 10: Not receiving verify email from Teams / Microsoft login

Hello there,I'm stuck and cannot even login into a different account because of this problem.E never receive the confirmation email hence can't insert the code here:

Thank you for raising your concern in this community.



Normally when you get this error, you should confirm first using teams on the web to see if there is nothing wrong with your account. Please use this link to do so. Checking your credentials..., also check your network connection.

After confirming that everything is fine from there, I would suggest you to clear your teams cache using this steps.

• Log out of teams
  

• Quit Microsoft Teams. Right-click the icon and select Quit.
  
• Cut and paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
  
• Delete the contents of the entire folder.
  
• Restart Microsoft Team
  
• Login again.
  

After that sign in first using your education account.

Can't Verify my account & changing email

If you are not receiving the verification code, you can try to verify your account through the online account validation process.



Please go to (Reset your password)
and follow the steps below:

• Enter your Microsoft account and type in the characters you'll see in the pictures and click on Next.
• Click "I can’t use any of these options".
• Enter a working email address where we can contact you and click on Next.
• Fill-up the form and click “Submit”.

In this method, you will be asked to provide a contact email where a link will be sent after you validated your account. I suggest that you provide a working email for you to receive the password reset link.

Also, to answer to your second question, please be informed that you cannot change the Windows Live Id of your Microsoft Account. However, you can add an alias email address to it. Follow the below steps.

• Sign in to the
  Manage your account aliases page.
• Select Add email alias .
• Follow the instructions to create a new Outlook.com email, or add any address that isn’t already a Microsoft account.

Alias email not getting verified

Hello,

I am adding an email into " Manage how you sign in to Microsoft "

under

Account aliases
I verify the email

"Verify this alias

You need to verify that you own this email address. We'll send an email with a link to XXX@X****. Follow the instructions in the mail to continue."

I get the email, I follow the instructions but nothing happens.

It brings me to this:
