Windows 10: Not receving Email or text verification codes

I forgot my paste my new password into my password manager, so I had to try and reset it again but this time "I do not receive the emails with the verification codes. I have tried 2 different emails and 1 text message not are being sent despite a message displayed saying the where sent. Have tried from my phone, 2 different browsers, and the windows email app.

• Where exactly do you get the prompt/notification to verify the email address?
  
• How are you trying to verify the email?
  

However, you can try using other options to request the verification code i.e. requesting the code over a call or as a text to your phone number and see if that helps in resolving the issue.
