Windows 10: Not seeing the error on here that I'm having when trying to upgrade to WIN 11.

Hello. So I've tried all of the fixes thus far posted regarding upgrading to windows 11. I'm trying to avoid a clean install as I have a lot of files and apps that would need to be restored, and frankly I'm not in the mood to do so. Upgrade to Win 11

Trying to upgrade laptop to Win 11. My processor is listed on Microsoft compatibility list as one that will work with Win 11, but the health check says it won't and therefore will not allow upgrade. All other items on list are ticked green. Any advice please?

TY for responding. My Windows Updates are up to date. If I remember correctly, at one time I received a notice through Windows Update that Windows 11 was available but it indicated I'd have to wait (no specific reason given why). This possibly corresponds with what Techfreak_ suggested - Microsoft has yet to configure a Win 11 upgrade for my particular HP model that is still in S mode.

I'll try getting out of S mode and upgrading to Win 11. I'll post the outcome.

I can't upgrade to win 11. says my CPU not compatible I have a( I7 6700k). It is listed as one that is compatible
