Windows 10: Not showing card amount on account

Hello. Our minecraft user name is HANKTANKER123, WEpurchased a $29.99 minecraft card and added it the other day. It said accepted but it's not showing up on the account. Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Cortana - Microsoft Health Card not showing

I am using the Lumia 950xl and a Microsoft Band 2. I have connected my Microsoft Health account with Cortana and Health & fitness cards is "on". However Cortana is not showing my health card that should show step and calorie information from my Microsoft
Band 2 and the related Microsoft Health application. Any suggestions?
