Windows 10: Not showing password page

My dell laptop has power on and just I gone to other work for little moment when came back it goes to sleep. Then I clicked power on and right clicked the mouse for password page but it didn't show's password page . But it goes processing then again appearing same page. If I click ctl+alt+del same page coming after processing. Even power options in bottom of the screen also not showing to restart. Please help me to solve the issue. ThanksHubert

How to create a new app password

To create a new app password for an app or device, take the following steps. You can repeat these steps to create an app password for as many apps or devices as you need.

1. Go to the Security basics page and sign in to your Microsoft account.
2. Select More security options.
3. Under App passwords, select Create a new app password. A new app password is generated and appears on your screen.
4. Enter this app password where you would enter your normal Microsoft account password in the application.

Note: Once you have created and entered an app password for a given app or device, you usually won't need to do it again.

Which when I click takes me here, I dont want to setup 2 step authentication, that sounds like I have to type in a code from my phone everytime I log in.

Ok, I got it working using last set of clearer instructions.

You can reset your password following the next steps:

• Reboot your computer / Turn your computer on.
• Hold down the Shift key at the start of the boot process to enable the GNU GRUB boot menu (if it does not show)
• Press ESC at the GNU GRUB prompt.
• Press e for edit.
• Use the Arrow keys to highlight the line that begins with kernel and press the e key.
• Go to the very end of the line and add rw init=/bin/bash
• Press Enter and then press b to boot your system.
• Your system will boot up to a passwordless root shell.
• Type in passwd yourusername
• Set your new password.
• Restart your system.
