Windows 10: Not Showing the option to wipe my drives clean

I am not getting the option to wipe my drives clean when I try to reset my laptop.... I have tried to reinstall my laptop a few times, but all the files are there with a warning like symbol on the local disks, and the disk partitions are also there after reinstalling windows. Also after reinstalling windows am still getting 'suspicious activity notifications' from google' and keeps my email accounts signed out frequently. This is the reason why I wanted to reinstall windows at the first place. Windows defender is not detecting any malwares also

Hi TenForums:
I wiped a backup drive with Wipe Drive software.

I connected my "working drive" to the system with the clean drive connected also.
Disk Manager showed the wiped (clean) drive to be partitioned with data.

Do you have any comments?

Windows 10 recovery doesnt wipe my hard-disk

Hi, to clean install Windows you need to create a bootable flash drive or other medium from which to boot your PC. That's covered at Step 1 of the tutorial shown below (Clean Install..)

At step 13/14 you have the option presented to you where you can delete existing partitions.

Note: some suggest- as you have a desktop- physically disconnecting other drives just to ensure Windows is installed exclusively on the one drive.

The drive was cleaned with Wipe Drive. I did not delete any partitions myself.
Disk Manager showed partitions on the cleaned hard drive.
Perhaps, Disk Manager has a malfunction.
