Windows 10: Not signing in with windows and not login with Microsoft account on lock screen

Hi everyone. I face a problem with sign in on lock screen of my windows 10. todays morning i was signed in with my Microsoft account. And then I use the laptop normally and shut down the laptop later. And now in evening when I start the laptop it's shows me on the sign in/lock screen that I was signed out from my Microsoft account and enter again password first log in with Microsoft account and then sign in with windows but it's not working for me when I try to log in with my Microsoft account it's says "something went wrong." Please someone help me to solve my problem. I'm just allowed to

You can use your own image of any background and just go to settings/personalize/lock screen and click on browse as in the image below. It should make whatever picture you use as the Lock Screen

Thanks for the quick reply. While your suggestion does change the sign in process, it doesn't address the differing screenshot question. Following the steps doesn't make the login screenshot the same as the Lock screenshot. As I mentioned, I can't even find the screenshots being used for both screens.

Still looking a solution to this. Open to any other suggestions you might have to the problem. Thanks!

  Have you receive any error, when trying to Login using Microsoft Account on your system?
  
• 
  Have you changed the password of your Microsoft Account/
  

I would suggest you to try the below methods and check if it helps:

Method 1: Change the language on the lock Screen.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Click the language on the bottom of the lock screen.
  
• 
  Select the English language and click Ok.
  
• 
  Put your password now and check if you are able to login.
  

If the language option is not available on the bottom of o lock screen, then try method 2.



Method 2: Use On Screen Keyboard.

Follow the below steps;

• 
  Click on the Ease of access icon on the bottom of lock screen.
  
• 
  Select the On Screen Keyboard.
  
• 
  Type your password through On Screen Keyboard.
