Windows 10: not sound after windows 10 update november2021 and become worse if update drivers

my laptop was working perfectly with great sound and after a windows 10 update in November suddenly when i update my Realtek audio driver I lose all sound from my speakers and there was not any way for fix it so only way is update up drivers. i found the driver from my motherboard and also latest updates from Realtek and installed successfully but most of them remain without any sound from my speakers . only a couple of realtek generic updates and the official from my motherboard manufacturer work in to bring sound back to my speakers but this was for worse . I never ever before listened somet

Advice For People wishing to update to Windows 10 Redstone

Yep. Tried to update my Realtek sound driver to the lastest version. After that I can't even use the Realtek sound control panel any more. It is now blocked. Seems M$ is determined to force users to swallow their automated driver update system.

Creative X-Fi Soundcards and Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709 = Complete Disaster / Not Working

Thank you for trying to help , i did tried your suggestion but it did not work :/ , nothing seems to make it work on Windows 10 Fall Creators Update 1709. In the meantime i have bought a new SoundBlasterX AE-5 and it did installed flawlessly , no problems whatsoever. it is up to Creative ( drivers ) and Microsoft ( bug fix ) to fix this huge bugs with Audio.
