Windows 10: Not sure how to grant the permissions? DistributedCOM 10016, I think this is causing my...

This is the error I get! I no longer get the issue with the graphics card, that was solved by removing HAGS.But heavy games keeps crashing when going online. For now what I want to fix is the permissions.I already gave Full Control to the Administrators on RegEdit for the CLSID that shows there, rebooted problem still persists.

DistributedCom 10016 permissions event error

This is Dec 13 a.m. repeat series. The events from previous days in Dec. are now not listed in the Event viewer. This event is recorded at start up , repeats itself and then is not active for the rest of the day.

 

DistributedCOM error 10016 on Build 1809 persists after granting permissions

I am receiving DistributedCOM event ID 10016 on a fresh reinstall of Windows 10 Pro Build 1809. The message occurs always appears twice with the same timestamp, and both messages are identical.

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}

and APPID

{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

to the user PSYCHBILLER\Jean SID (S-1-5-21-2530841625-3827276732-1280379801-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services
administrative tool.

I used Tony MCP's PowerShell script from
https://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Grant-Revoke-Get-DCOM-22da5b96#content to grant user PSYCHBILLER\Jean Local Activation permission for APPID 15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402. This script also has a Cmdlet to display permissions so I could
verify that the permissions were granted [extraneous information deleted for clarity]:

However, the error 10016 is still occurring despite adding the missing permissions.

DCOM error 10016 is usually harmless and present on most of Window 10 devices. You can safely ignore them.
