Windows 10: not sure what called but link for shutting down gone

i used to get a row down right side when held mouse from corner up side of link setting devises control panel and at bottom for shutting down restart ect it has gone i have not changed anything but now can not find link to close down shut off how do i get this back up i also will need to update from 8.1 have tried but never seem to get it updated any help would be great thank you

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

FileFront is shutting down Mar 30th

Not shut down . . . but seeing as how their operations are suspended - you won't be able to get any downloads for much longer.

I'm not sure if the main site and it's branches are going bye-bye . . . but as it stands, the top downloads and latest 50 file listings are gone, the forums are gone, weekly polls aren't being updated . . . I guess we'll have to see how it looks tomorrow . . .
