Windows 10: Not sure what to call this, alot of things stopped working recently

Within the last week, so much has stopped working. Windows Defender, Windows Security, Microsoft Store, anything to do with signing in such as word and the sign in within account settings.With defender, anything i try and do to enable it hasnt worked yet. Ive removed any other anti virus's installed on my pc, and have tried everything to get it working again.And with the microsoft store, anything i do to reinstall it/ get it to work again requires defender.With everything else, such as Windows Security and the sign in, open them flashes their loading screen but immediately closses it. Is there

No restart button in task manager

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.

 

Windows 10 app store recently stopped working

To address your issue, we suggest you to try resetting Windows Store components. To do so, follow these steps:

• Right-click Start and open Command Prompt (Admin).
• Run these codes:
  
  Net Stop bits
  
  Net Stop wuauserv
  
  Net Stop appidsvc
  
  Net Stop cryptsvc
  
  Ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
  
  Ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
  
  Net Start bitsNet Start wuauservNet Start appidsvc
  
  Net Start cryptsvc
• After running these commands, check if your issue is fixed.
