Windows 10: Not working almost any app

So my apps not working with unnamed error. For example, discord just not starting, then I tried no reinstall it, and it trew an error. I checked install log and saw that it tries to install it to "C:\Users\Lenovo", but I recently changed my username in Windows to "hellbowe", so my path is "C:\Users\hellbowe". I don't know why it is working so, I tried to find solution in internet and found that something may be wrong in environment variables, so I checked it and it was fine, all variables had "hellbowe" and not "Lenovo", but still apps don't work, .bat files don't execute etc. Can you help me

This is the suggested solution below if you haven't already tried it.

In this Windows 10 build 10041, the Mail, Calendar, and People apps may be broken due to a licensing issue with the Store Beta. To get these apps working again, you need to follow these steps:

• Open powershell as administrator
• Run the command Get-appxprovisionedpackage –online | where-object {$_.packagename –like “*windowscommunicationsapps*”} | remove-appxprovisionedpackage –online
• Re-install Mail, People and Calendar from the Store (green tile)

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
