Windows 10: Not working taskbar and search bar and start menu and all on the right of taskbar not...

Hello, i have a bad, bad, bad news.My taskbar not working, when i click on something on right of it it not work, but opens apps on taskbar as well as before.Them most needed part of Every windows that have Start button, Start button and Start menu... NOT WORK.Search bar too not work, i can't open settings, and all with what i can open settings not work.And when i use Alt + Tab it not shows windows that opened, it show icon, like in windows 7.what to do? :here my system info:Sorry, but i can't say all bc i not remember all and can't see it in settings :here that i remeberrocessor: IntelR

Cannot disable Taskbar live preview in 7!

I even did this...
1. Click on start and type on search bar gpedit.msc and press enter
2. Now navigate to User Configuration, Administrative Templates, and Start Menu and Taskbar in left pan of Group Policy Editor
3. Locate “Turn off Taskbar Thumbnails” in right pan of Group policy editor and double click on it.
