Windows 10: Notebook can't conect to WiFi

Hello,

My notebook no longer connects to wifi. When it rarely connects, it doesn't last long and the signal is always very low, from all networks. I can connect the same networks on other portable devices.The last windows update number KB4586876 was on november 13, 2020.

Currently, I can only access the internet through a cable directly connected to the network. Wifi does not work.What do I need to do to correct things?

I understand you have an issue to conect your phone to a Wifi network.



You can try to turn off WIFI, and then turn it On again.

Maybe your phone is too far from the Wifi network, try to conect your phone closer to the point, to determine if this is the issue.



Are you able to conect your phone to others Wifi networks ?

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

notebook won't accept my isp
