Windows 10: Notebook does not connect to home wifi

This is a HP 15-d002tx notebook.
Windows 7 - 64 Bit

Having trouble connecting to home wifi hub. I have other devices connected to the hub and no problems there. Only had this problem today.

Im not sure which driver is needed.

• Are you connected to the WiFi hotspot but not getting Internet connectivity?
• Have you made any changes before experiencing this issue?

Whenever I connect my BT Headphones, the wifi go disconnect. Windows in Notebook.

Here some details:

Headphones:

1. JBL wireless headphone
2. Some china product (also wireless)

Notebook: Acer Aspire F15

Windows: 10 Home Single Language

Network Adapters: Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Wireless Network Adapter

Drivers Updated: 2017 November 09

Senario:

1. Wifi was connected normally
2. Headphone connect via bluetooth
3. Headphone connected succesfully
4. Wifi icons from Wave to Lan Cable
5. Loss connection to wifi not BT
6. Turn Off BT
7. Wifi Connected automatically
8. Borrow another headphones from friend and try again
9. Started from number 1 till 7
10. Use another Notebook
11. Result are fine, both connected successfully and no disturbance in wifi nor the BT
12. Google for answers
13. Result bring me here

 

When will the wifi connectivity problems be solved?


OK, so the Windows 10 engineers bollixed up the wifi connectivity part of the operating system. Everybody knows that by now. It seems they are making some progress in resolving it. Now, instead of seeing "Secured, No Internet" on your list of wifi connections, you see "Connected, Secured" EXCEPT no webpages will load. So you really aren't connected. It does seem to be a step in the right direction. Does anybody know when they plan on a full and complete repair of this screw up of epic proportions?
