Windows 10: Notebook doesn't work anymore

Hi. I need emergency help

So, I have this Lenovo Ideapad 320 for about 8months and it suddenly started having "blue screen" errors. I did what i found in the community, and that was cleaning my HD by CMD, it helped that was March 18th. Then everything was fine until yesterday march 22th when my screen freezed while I was doing homework, it stayed like this for nearly 10minutes then reboot instantly, and I did nothing.

"Its alright" I thought, "I'll just login and continue everything's normal"... Well it wasn't. The clock with my lock screen apared normal, but when i tried to insert my password to login, nothing happened. The clock and date went up, the screen flashed my user, but then I came back, and i tried again and again. And no mstter how much i tried it just didn't let me insert my password and use it.

So I came back to community, I search by "my computer is locked and I can't insert my password". The methods that came to me was a Hard Shutdown, i i tried and got to windows helps. I did literally everything I could in thay blue screen. The only thing that lasted was to delete everything even my personal archives i tried without deleting it too and I tried to do it like 3 or 4 times. But everytime it didn't work at, I always ended up with a blue screen saying "something went wrong and we couldn't complete the process"

I then tried deleting some files from my CMD, but vefore that I thought "well at least let me see if I have something I don't wanna lose" and when I input the code "Dir", every single paste, including Downloads and Photos, was empty, there was nothing to delete besides win32 who apparently was incomplete, but not completely.


Well. Just now I remember that I'd need my Windows Key to keep my windows if I somehow can get it back, but when I tried the Input "OA3x...."something like that it simply said that "it couldn't find it"


Now I'm desperate, i can't find my Windows Key, I can't unlock my computer and I can't reset it to Factory Settings.

Literally nothing works to get it back anymore.

Obs:Idk if this helps but I'm Brazilian, even though my English isn't bad

Scanner doesn´t work anymore after last Windows 10 update

As many people on the internet already are discussing, their scanner doesn´t work anymore after the last Windows update. But there seem to be no solution.

My Scanner starts making noises, as usual, and then i get error messages: "Communication with the scanner is not possible"
or this




Is there a workaround for that?

Re-install the TWAIN drivers? (They are not included in Windows.)

You might get a better answer if you gave the make and model of the scanner.

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
