    Notebook not booting after update


    This morning, I booted my notebook and it started to install updates.After the updates, it booted and only showed the Command prompt with a short message and a GRUB prompt.I tried all the usual things Bootsect, etc. but nothing helped.In the BIOS menu, ati the 1st place is a new menu item called "ubuntu" and there is no way to get rid of it.I have never used Ubuntu on my notebook.How to start Windows 11 normally?

    Cortana Notebook

    In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

    To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

    • Go to Cortana.
    • Go to Settings.
    • Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

    Notebook not booting after update

    Can't update the HP Pavilion Notebook.

    I'm trying to update my system and am getting a message to delete HP Pavilion Notebook - BIOS manually as it is incompatible with the upgrade.

    I can't find it to delete it. It's not in the Programs list with the other HP apps.

    Any suggestions?
