Windows 10: Notebook stuck in Android OS Image ID

I really need help as I have messed up my laptop. I was in the BIOS setting and changed the OS Image ID from Windows 8.1 to Android thinking that my laptop had a dual OS installed, however, upon changing the OS Image ID, my laptop is now stuck with a black screen and the numlock light is on. I have tried all methods to fix the black screen but nothing works. I feel that I have bricked my laptop. I do not get any BIOS, Windows or Android start-up screen.If anyone knows how I can change the OS Image ID back to Windows 8.1 please help me.My laptop is a Proline V146S not much about it on the inte

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

help me install Lineage OS, I made a video of where I am stuck at

I downloaded latest Lineage OS for my phone ZTE Axon 7 Mini, (it does not make you root the phone to install this OS and I don't want to root it, beause I want netflix still to work), well anyways, I follow all the official steps listed on lineage OS website https://download.lineageos.org/tulip and you will see in the video where I get stuck, someone help me get past this part please, thanks!
