Windows 10: notebook webcam does not work

I already checked the device manager and the webcam is not even recognize the webcam , but it is always connected since I cant even remove it

Webcam not working in Windows 10 Pro on Microsoft camera app and not on Skype

Since you mentioned that you already reinstalled the driver for your webcam, we suggest that you perform these troubleshooting steps to resolve your concern:

• Run the troubleshooter for Windows apps.
• Install the driver using the compatibility mode.

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.
