    Notepad not working on arm build: Package Failed updates, dependency or conflict validations


    Hello, I have a Windows 11 pro arm build 10.0.22598 running as a VM and when I try to open a .txt file, I receive this error: "Package Failed updates, dependency or conflict validations". I've tried the "cleanup-image" commands in powershell with success, but when I run "sfc /scannow" I receive a message that corrupt files have been found. However, when I try opening CBS file, to investigate the cause of the corrupt files, I once again receive the error: "package failed updates..." ! How should I proceed? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello, Every time I open my downloads in my folder like downloading free music I get the error: package failed updates, dependency or conflict validations like the picture below. This problem occur after updating from windows 11. What should I do? How can I resolve it? Thank you in advance.
