Windows 10: Notepad shortcuts swapped

Good evening.

I recently reinstalled Windows 10 on my hard drive, due to a problem now fixed. For default language settings I use Portuguese (PT-PT), but for some reason, when I tried saving a .txt file using CTRL+G (which is the portuguese combination to "guardar") I got the command 'go to line' instead. I noticed the shortcut to save was now CTRL+S (which is the english equivalent to save), which means the shortcuts are swapped. My language setting was always PT-PT during the editing, and I don't understand how can I change the shortcuts to be dependent on the keyboard language introduction setting again. I need this because I frequently change keyboards between english, portuguese and polish...

BTW, all shortcuts work fine on MS Office, which is weirder...

Notepad & wordpad in Win 10?

• Open Task Manager. Here’s a tip: press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC.
• Click on Startup tab.
• Select Notepad from the list and click on Disable.

I followed your suggestion but wasn't able to find Notepad listed on the startup. There are some listed as program but don't know which ones it could be.
