Windows 10: notes on system errors

in the last month I am having a problem opening Excell program and my wife was having problems with opening up attachment in her email's. What i found in the following four files 1 dw20.exe - system error 2 Jusched.exe - system error 3 chmnsst.exe - system error 4 Virtual Drive - system error was the following note " The code execution cannot proceed because Version.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. I have tried reinstalling and the recovery programs and nothing works. How do I fix this problem?????? Does anyone have an answer that a lay person can handle?

To further help you with your concern about the sticky note, we suggest using System File Checking in Windows 10. Kindly follow the steps below:

• Right-click (or press and hold) the Start button, then select Command Prompt (Admin)
• Enter sfc /scannow (note the space between "sfc" and "/").
