    Notfications are on but still can't use Nearby Share


    I can't send files from my PC to my android because it says my system notifications are off when they are on. However, I can use nearby share from my android to PC, just not vice versa.

    can't get nearby sharing working

    • I've tried to get nearby sharing to work on Windows 10 by following these instructions (also every other tips/tricks out there) but still can't get it working, can anybody help me?
    • Confirm that both devices have Nearby Sharing enabled.
    • Check that Bluetooth is enabled and has support for Low Energy (LE).
    • Set the network profile to “Private”.
    • Make sure that both devices are in range.
    • Restart the Nearby Share app.
    • Check the device visibility settings.
    • Change the default save location.
    • Enable notifications for the app.
    • Repair the Nearby Share app.
