Windows 10: Nothing changed and Computer decided to start giving me Blue Screen

Hello everyone! I’m in no way computer savvy and picked up an ibuypower gaming pc a couple months back. Everything was going great and working normally and my wife and I were enjoying Skyrim then powered it off to go to bed. Next day we hop back onto Skyrim and it’s immediately laggy and ends up crashing and rebooting my computer and now I can’t get more on for more than 10 minutes before I get the blue screen of diagnostics. First it said system_service_exception, so I tried to do a system restore to a week or two ago and I was going to update drives, but it’s now crashed and I get the blue

Screen goes blue / black on start of atitool

i tried 0.26 and the new beta but its the same... if i start atitool the screen immidiately goes blue or black and i have to reboot... the computer doesnt really hang but the screen seems to be lost.
any suggestions? i dont have any other programs running, i dont even want to OC my card i just want to have control over the fan speed, i have a x1800xt btw.

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
