Windows 10: Nothing clickable after startup

    Nothing clickable after startup


    Since yesterday, without doing anything sepcific, my pc acts really weird after startup. I can login but then I can‘t click on anything except the wallpaper (click on program icons, drag the blue selection rectangle). The taskbar doesn‘t work, neither do programs that I manage to open with the keyboard, which works fine. Restarting the explorer doesn‘t do much as well. Logging off and on again seems to fix it for some seconds, but than it‘s back to non clickable. I don‘t know what to do since I can‘t really use my pc anymore like that.

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
