Windows 10: Nothing happened after purchase of "Upgrade to Window 11 Pro" from Microsoft Store

Hi,I just bought "an Upgrade to Window 11 Pro". My current OS is Window 11 Home.Then Microsoft emailed, "Your order has been processed".My Order History indicates that Order "Completed".Then nothing happened and no other emails received.Question: 1 What will happen next?2 Should I wait for Auto Update by Microsoft?3 How long should I wait?Thanks.

Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase

Hello guys, My laptop came pre-installed with Win10 Home 64bit and I recently purchased a Win 10/11 Pro licence from the Microsoft Store app. Unfortunately, having some issues activating the digital licence for Win10 Pro. Here is the situation:

• Logged into Microsoft account used for the purchase (also received the email receipt of the purchase)
• Already connected to stable internet

What I tried so far: Entering the Win10 Pro generic key: Received error 0x800700005:

Clicking Close returned another error 0xC004F034:

Clicking Troubleshoot re-activated my Win10 Home so still not on Pro. Thanks for any help. [FIXED] Win 10 Pro suddenly became Win 10 Ent from MS Store app: Jump to solution - Cannot activate Win10 Pro after Microsoft Store app purchase Sources:

Upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Pro from the Windows Store does not work.

I have purchased Windows 11 Pro upgrade from the Windows Store however it will not work on my Windows 11 Home addition. Details: This is a new HP laptop out of the box. First step: update windows until windows says the system is up-to-date. Next, I went to the Windows Store to purchase and Upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. The error message states: "Something happened and we couldn't start the Upgrade". I do need assistance with this as soon as possible.

 

Missing Windows 11 Pro upgrade within the Microsoft Store.

I purchased Windows 11 Pro through the Microsoft store last year. I paid for this upgrade using PayPal. I can see the payment within my PayPal account.

When I try to install Windows 11 Pro through the Microsoft Store, it prompts me to pay for the upgrade again. I am logged into the Microsoft Store with the same account I purchased the upgrade with. I have reinstalled Windows 11 twice to fix this error. Please don't give me suggestions like running a Powershell command or uninstalling and reinstalling the store -- I've ran all these commands from other threads. They do nothing except waste time.

I called the MS support hotline, but was told by a robot that they wouldn't give me support over the phone and that I had to use the website. The website has no useful information about my issue.

Can someone please give me the super secret email I need to use to get my purchase back in my account.
