Windows 10: Nothing happens when I click on any option in WinRE Windows 10

    Nothing happens when I click on any option in WinRE Windows 10


    Windows just updated something, and my Desktop PC is just a crashing mess. BSoD over and over with various error codes though mostly Invalid Process Attach Attempt. Can't get Windows to run long enough to uninstall update, or use SFC or DISM in command prompt, and if I go to WinRE I can click through to the different advanced options but when I click on any of them, the PC "restarts." Meaning that it shuts off the monitor, keyboard, mouse, and makes sounds like it's restarting, but then the keyboard lights up again, and nothing else happens....ever waited 12 hours for signs of life. I rememb

    Windows 10 Tweaks

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
