Windows 10: Nothing is downloading on windows store or xbox store

Please help i've just bought a new gaming pc and was trying to install games. However ever time i try to install on either windows store or xbox store it keeps getting stuck at 'downloading %'. i need something to help fix this

As I understand from your information you are not able login in windows store as well in Xbox.

I would suggest you to run windows apps troubleshooter to resolve windows store issue.

Follow the steps.

• 
  Go to control panel and select troubleshooting then in top left corner of your screen select view all.
  
• 
  Click on windows store app and click on it and run it.
  

To resolve Xbox issue I would suggest you to post your query in Xbox forum. We have dedicated team which deals with all these kinds of issues.

Windows Store Not Downloading

Hi,

We suggest that you try to reset your Windows Store as a work around for this issue.

To reset Windows Store, please follow the steps below:

• 
  Press Windows +R
  
• 
  Type Wsreset.exe and press Enter
