Windows 10: Nothing is opening after modding game

Hey everyone, I’m having a big problem on my pc where nothing is opening at all. This past week I’ve been modding fallout new Vegas and everything was working fine for about 4 days and I was playing it one day and it just crashed. After that no programs or anything will open on my pc besides chrome, steam(I can’t open any games), files, and some settings, when I try to go deeper into settings like a disk clean up or a system reset those windows crash too. I tried making a new user on my pc and when I sign into that everything works fine so I’m guessing it’s a corrupted account but I’m not sure how to fix that or if I can or if that’s even the problem, I’ve tried everything else I’ve found online with no luck. Does anyone think they can help me?

I personally don't see Microsoft allowing mods for games in Xbox Game Pass in the immediate future due to how the service was designed. You can provide feedback and suggestions by using the Feedback Hub so the Xbox team can hear you out.

Opening .MOD files in Windows 10

i just downloaded a game and it will open and shut automatically

For a better clarity on the issue, please answer the below questions;

• Please specify the game you are having issue with?
• Are you getting any error messages while opening the game?
• Also, did you download the game from windows Store?

For workaround, I would suggest you to follow the below steps and see if the issue can be resolved.

• Type Troubleshooting in the search next to start on the desktop.
  
• Click on View All on left side and select Windows Store Apps.
• Follow the onscreen instructions.
