Windows 10: Nothing is working after a full dis reset and my computer is refusing to launch from a usb...

So I've been trying to resolve this issue for about 24 hours straight so here's everything that happened. I was just doing a factory reset on my computer and everything was smooth sailing until the reset finished when I noticed that I had my same lock screen background as before the reset wich should have been deleted with the reset when i continued to get into my pc I found that all my user profiles were gone exept for 1. When i tried to login to that user with my same pin as before the reset it would accept it but then it wouldn't continue to the windows home screen instead to a error messag

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

 

Bluescreen can't launch computer or reset

Hello,

I have a problem, my computer won't start, he's showing a blue screen "critical process died" after bios and windows logo.

I tried to reset, uninstall updates, or launch in safe mode but either it says that it's not working either I have a bluescreen.

What can I do?

Your concern about the USB port can be due to broken software components and/or hardware issues on your device. To better understand your concern, we'd like to know the following:

• If your USB devices works on other ports on your device.
• The version and build of Windows 10 that you're using on your device. To check this, you can perform the steps posted on this
  
  link.

In the meantime, we'd recommend running the Windows troubleshooter to find and fix problems with devices and hardware. To do this, you can perform the following:

• Search and launch Control Panel using Cortana.
• In the Search Control Panel box, type troubleshooting.
• Click on Troubleshooting.
• Click on Hardware and Sound.
• Click on Hardware and Devices.

If the above steps won't suffice, we'd recommend performing the following to uninstall and reinstall the USB drivers. To do this, you can perform the following:

• Search and launch Device Manager using Cortana.
• Locate and collapse the Universal Serial Bus controllers.
• Right-click on a listed driver and then select Properties.
• Under the Driver tab, click on Uninstall Device.
• Repeat steps 3 and 4 to each of the drivers listed under Universal Serial Bus controllers.
• Restart your device.

Note: Restarting the device will reinstall the USB drivers.
