Windows 10: Nothing that allows me to communicate to ask help on Windows will work: online help,...

Since last week, as far as I can imagine maybe earlier, Microsoft Store stopped working.I get this error:Code: 0x80131500CV: /YhDLp4840iEnRlwI followed all procedures online, updated windows, updated Office 365, checked every possible advice and the error remained.Then, I tried the Feedback Hub and the Get help link. Nothing worked. I always get an error just saying "Something went wrong". If I try to update games, namely "Hidden City" from G5 Friends, it says I'm not connected to the Internet, which is not true as you can see... I am writing a post and using all my other apps and work progr

It seems like some sort of an OS confusion has happened with your secondary WD Black and I'm sorry to hear about that. *Frown
Maybe re-formatting it would help indeed as the community already mentioned. I'd suggest to take a look at this step-by-step how to partition and format an HDD: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=PYCoid
Keep in mind that this will wipe clean the drive, so you should backup all important data from the drive somewhere else.
I noticed from the screenshots that your HDD appears as Disk 0, this means that it's plugged in the primary SATA port where the SSD (as an OS drive) should be. Actually it is possible that because of this Windows cannot create the image there. Swap the ports of the SSD and the HDD, this might help as well.

Your system is low power so I would suggest only opting in to the 5 projects listed at the top of the memory requirements list (Computing for Sustainable Water thru Computing for Clean Water). You will need to log into World Community Grid to change the project selection listed under My Projects.

Also, check the amount of available memory in windows task manager
