    Nothing will open on windows


    Hello just barely today I noticed a problem with my computer after 10 seconds about an error sound would play wouldn’t tell me what it was but after those 10 seconds I can’t open anything if I try to open the search bar it won’t let me if I try to open an app it just says it’s loading but loads indefinitely and if I try to reset or turn off my computer it won’t work I have to manually do it and no keyboard shortcuts work plus I’ve tried reinstalling but obviously that wouldn’t work is there any way I can solve this? Thank you!

Additionally, if I install the Xbox app and try to login, it will log in but tell me there is something wrong with my Microsoft account.
