Windows 10: Nothing works!!

    Nothing works!!


    Ms-windows-storeNothing works!! :purgeCaches I received this when trying to hit the windows icon and r at the same time. I read it on another post with another pop up I got. I can't open anything in my task bar. No apps open. The only thing I can do is search the internet. I always have to log back into Microsoft and sometimes it sends a code that I'm denied. My downloaded files won't open. Alot of my pictures vanished of my deceased dad. I save passwords and everytime I log in its like I have never logged in before. My computer never recognizes me. Please HELP!!
